I have a CSV created from the export function. From there I populated 49 rows of our clients. After the CSV upload, I mapped the first record to the corresponding fields. Upon pressing import, I got a message indicating the import was processing.
There was nothing in the system log, no new clients appeared, nothing. 10 minutes later I tried the same import file. Same result. Its been 20 minutes and still nothing. Should I wait longer?
Im only able to import from the desktop app, the web UI throws an error no matter what I try. I eventually got a confirmation to my email that the import completed. I’ve done three attempts - first attempt took 30 minutes for the confirmation, 2nd attempt took overnight, 3rd attempt was faster; I missed the confirmation email because it routed to spam.
Now the issue is that I dont have a client identifier for the records. I added one and mapped it to the ClientID - Number field. However the import still failed because of “no client identifier”. What is the field mapping I should use for the IDS we’ve provided in the CSV?
