Chargeback avoidance using Chargeblast

Has anyone in the Ninja community used Chargeblast to avoid Stripe chargebacks? I am interested in your experiences.

We had one customer file a chargeback in the last 20 years, so it hasn’t been a big issue, but that one really stings - we fired the customer, he “forgot” the business relationship.

Yea been using them for 8 months now and my Stripe Dispute Activity graph is like 0.08%. It was 1.4% before (I was on the Visa Dispute Monitoring Program). They’re team is top notch and usually responds within a day. Not going to lie, I am sleeping much better as a business owner now than ever. I’d check it out.
