Change Domain on Droplet Hosted

We have logged into the server and changed the env file, but on reboot of the droplet the domain goes back to the old domain and any attempt to get the the server returns:

“You are seeing this page because the DNS record of invoice.gbmfg.co is set to this server’s IP but Cloudron has no app configured for this domain.” - old domain is invoice.greybirchsolutions.com.

I find it hard to believe that only the app URL in the env needs to be changed as that does not impact the core Cloudron installation.

In the Cloudron dashboard (my.domain.com) there is a way via the GUI to cahnge both the CLoudron instance domain and the application domain.
