Can't sync clients from Stripe

Howdy folks!

I’m in the process of setting up a new insurance of V5. I havev memory imported my existing clients via CSV but for some reason I can’t sync then with the records in Stripe.

I confirmed that all email addresses match, but only 8 out of 35 clients have their payment information sync over.

Any ideas on how to solve this or what I should look in to? Thanks in advance for the assistance.

I ended up contacting support and they were able to resolve my issue “behind the scenes”
