Can't save changes when customizing invoice (V5 - Hosted)

Unable to save changes to customized invoice in V5. No errors or anything, the Save button is clickable, but doesn’t do anything. As soon as I try to leave it asks to “Continue editing” or “Discard Changes”.

Happening across multiple browsers and even accounts. (Brother tried on his new account, and I tried on my new account)


Can you please confirm you’re using a paid account?

It’s not, but you’re telling me I can’t even change from default A4 to Letter paper size without having a paid account?

Changing the advanced settings requires a paid plan.

One option may be to sign for the free trial to adjust the settings and then cancel before it ends.
