Hi,
It is impossible to me to get the line:
13187 Berlin
into the company adress field of the “clean” invoice template.
I tried using state, postal etc and get extra commas.
Then I tried company custom fields, they do not get rendered at all.
Could you login to my account and just fix this in my invoice template?
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble! I can’t login to your account but I’m happy to try to help.
One way to change the order of the fields is to change the included field on Settings > Invoice Design. You can choose between City/State/Postal or Postal/City/State.
like i wrote that is what i tried. not possible to get the structure I want in one row without weird extra commas between each item even empty ones. I get things like
13187, Berlin, ,
If i create a custom field and reference it on the design, it is not displayed at all. It feels like the system has major bugs. What should I try?
I’ve been able to set it up the way you want it only in the flutter interface/windows app - field is called postal/city, which is not present in the react/webinterface and renders as an empty string (settings > invoice design > client)
Thanks @moritzstern - I hacked this together by adding 13187 Berlin to the Apt/Suite
field. That does work, but it all feels sketchy. Anyways, this solves my issue for now.
