Cant generate reports

v5.10.62 - Zip - Self-Hosted

Hi,

I can’t generate reports. When I select something from the “report” and select a “range” or “client” and either press Export or Review, the “processing” never stops and end up with an error.

Are there any errors in storage/logs?

Note: you may want to try with the desktop app.

I checked the logs and all it says is “production.INFO: updating currencies”.

Are there any errors in the browser console?

Just tried the Desktop App, but to be very honest, I rather use the web page full time.

Does it work in the desktop app? I’m trying to help you find the source of the problem.

Sorry forgot to mention, yes the Desktop App works when i do reports.
Seems like the link you send for the " Live reports preview #1299" is exactly what I have, but it is my understanding that on shared hosting it’s a bust.

It could be part of a background process—try enabling debug mode for more detailed logs.
