With IN v.5.2.13 customers can’t change their password in the client portal in Profile → Contact Details → Password. When trying to change the password, IN confirms the change, but the new password will not be accepted. The old one still works.
The password reset via this link: https://example.com/client/password/reset works as expected.

Thanks for sharing this with us. I’ve just tested in latest v5-develop and it works fine. Can you try to replicate on our demo site?

Unfortunately it works fine on your demo site. I updated to v5.2.19 but it’s still the same problem with my installation.
