Cannot login - new phone / multifactor authentication

I have multifactor login on my invoice ninja account. I recently purchased a new phone and can no longer login. There doesn’t seem to be a self service for this.

We’ll send a code by SMS to your phone number number, once you email it back to us we’ll disable 2FA on your account.

@hillel - Where am I supposed to send this code? I never got an email address.
