Cannot for the life of me get this table to line up

I’ve made quite a bit of mods to my default invoice template and they’ve all gone well except this one thing.
I just can’t seem to get the data in the Qty column to line up with Qty. Cost is alright I suppose, and I can live with Description if need be, but I can’t stand how off center Qty is.

I’m no stranger whatsoever to html and CSS, table properties, etc… I just can’t seem to get this one to my liking though.

You can actually close this out if you want. I finally added a border to all table elements so that I could actually see what was going on.
