Cannot change failed payment email template


I’m trying to edit the email templates and have been able to do so for everything except payment failures. Whenever the client tries to pay and it fails, it automatically sends them an email that their payment failed. Is there a way to either disable this automatic email or change the email layout?


There is no toggle for the failure emails, the system will only send the failure mail to the primary contact.

If the email cannot be toggled off, could it at least be possible to change the template? I have customized all emails and now this one looks different from the others
