Cancel a quote <or> reverse the customer Approval?

I have an approved quote but the customer changed his mind. I don’t want to delete or archive the quote because I want the quote in the record - I just want to reverse his approval. I can’t find a way to do that - is it possible?

  1. Copy as Quote then do nothing, then just cancel the new one
  2. make sure you have the same information from the old one
  3. Then delete the old one

Cancel mean the client did not accept the quote
