I have an approved quote but the customer changed his mind. I don’t want to delete or archive the quote because I want the quote in the record - I just want to reverse his approval. I can’t find a way to do that - is it possible?
- Copy as Quote then do nothing, then just cancel the new one
- make sure you have the same information from the old one
- Then delete the old one
Cancel mean the client did not accept the quote
