Best practice for delivery notes for just some products

Hello, people!

I need your advice. I want to create a template or something else for printing a delivery-note for selected items. For example I offered my client a printer with some other products and delivery and installation.
When I deliver the printer without installation at the same day I need a signature as a proof of delivery – exspecially when one of the employees receives the product.
Besides from creating a template or design for this, how can I select the items which I want to have written on the paper? Any ideas how to resolve that with Invoice Ninja’s actual functions?
I just thought about using a product-custom-field for this, but I don’t want to “waste” them, because I already use nearly all of them.

Templates aren’t currently supported for products, feel free to create an issue on GitHub to request it.

If an invoice exists for the sale maybe you can create a template for it which uses the invoice line items?

You could use a custom value on the product table to track the “Quantity Delivered” or “Backordered” quantities.

Yeah, I already thought about a custom-field for products (as I mentioned above). Well, I guess I have to edit my products then, because the number of custom-fields begin to get low ^^
