Bank transfer option

I’m considering changing the billing schedule,

I’ve been looking at invoice ninja, and it’s very good, although it’s very oriented to freelancers and online payments.

Here in Spain, we use VAT and at least in our company we use payment by Bank Transfer, no online payments are made.

I have seen that I do not see the option to add the bank account, by default and that it appears in the proposals, invoices etc. I repeat, we do not use the issue of online payment, our customers make the payment, the transfer, but the account number must appear on the invoices and quotes.

How can it be solved?

Another detail that would be very good to add the possibility of adding these options:

  • Serial number of the products and the control for warranty issues.
  • Photos of the products.

You can include the account number in the default terms or footer to ensure it’s always shown on invoice and quotes.

To track the bank transfers you can either manually create payments or use Nordigen to integrate with your bank to automate importing the transactions.

You can use custom product fields for the additional info. I don’t believe the app supports showing product images on the invoice but it’s something we’re looking into.

Just hooking up to this post to mention that GoCardless has a disturbing trackrecord of closing off / freezing accounts here without the possibility of solving issues in a timely manner.
I was about to integrate GoCardless (Nordigen) as it was referred in your service until I read up countless horror stories with customers not being able to retrieve / access their funds…
Since I’m launching my business, such an issue would annihilate 24 months of hard work for me - a risk I am evidently not going to take.
If you have another, sound alternative, i’m all ears.

GoCardless provides two separate services: payment processing and baking integration. Nordigen is their banking integration, if you use it they won’t be holding any of your funds.

Hello What I comment, is that I want an invoicing program, budgets, self-invoicing, that sends emails, etc. but the integration part with banks at least in Spain is not there. It is not possible to disable this option and work with only the bank transfer option.

On the other hand, what you say about serial numbers, it is useless since it would not control the stock, and the search option by serial number.

In short, we have to integrate it more for business management for Spain
