AutoPay recurring invoices not triggering AutoPay

I entered several recurring invoices yesterday, each time I was careful to specify Auto Bill = Always. They were each configured with start date = 6/23 & 3 month frequency.

None of the invoices were automatically paid, each required that I or the client go into the portal and pay the invoice.

Any idea where I am going wrong?

To clarify, the recurring invoices were generated and emailed but not auto-billed?

Please check that token billing is set to ‘send date’ on Settings > Online Payments

We had /public/settings/online_payments set to “On due date”, “On send date” solved the problem.
