Have yet to try Invoice Ninja, but quite interested by it for a friend running a small service-based biz (he’s currently using an alternative that’s part of a project management system but finds it a bit lackluster overall as can’t issue quotes or invoices using a mobile app whilst in the field on jobs, which is where he spends most of his time).
Can Invoice Ninja automatically create a draft quote from the contents of a form submitted via a WordPress site? The general idea being to populate the contact info, what they want, materials to do it, etc, and have some of the more wordy field info available to hand for whoever needs to quote it. That would definitely save him a lot of time and effort and take the strain out of doing it via his phone.
