Autobill Not Migrated

Good morning

I noticed a number of unpaid invoices so went in to each and selected the autobill option and it took the money from the card on file. However, I had this working automagically in v4.

Is there a way to re-enable this feature in v5?

I suggest checking the auto-bill setting for the recurring invoices.

Invoice by invoice you mean?

To start I’d compare the auto-bill settings between a specific recurring invoice in v4/v5 to see if it migrated correctly

I checked and they all look OK.

The recurring invoices in v5 are all set to “Pending” while in v4 they are set to “Active”. I assume this is just a c4 / v5 difference but “Pending” in v5 is the same as “Active” in v4?

Pending means the recurring invoice hasn’t been sent yet, it may be due to the migration.

This seems to be the case I think.

The invoices where I have gone in and selected auto bill have now got the recurring invoices set to active.
