Auto Bill ACH - Stripe

I’ve been trying to look for recent information related to ACH billing, but many articles are pretty dated. My question is related to ACH Billing through Auto Bill. When the client adds the payment method and then auto bill is set for recurring invoices, does the ACH transaction happen immediately (2-3 days to clear)? I read an old post that the ACH transaction can take 10 days after the due date which is honestly too long. Is this something that was changed or is it still the norm? Also, does auto bill take in consideration the transaction fees established in the settings for ACH and Credit card?

Hi,

The clearing time depends on a number of factors but should be less than 10 days.

If you enable the bank transfer option for Stripe you’ll be able to define separate fees for it.
