Attaching documents

I take screen shots of completed work and attach them to the invoice so the customer can see proof of the work. but when i try to email the invoice i get this error “500: Internal Server Error • Server Error”. if i remove the attachment the email goes thru.
The attachment gets uploaded to the client portal.

I suggest trying to increase the server’s PHP memory limit
