API Rate limits - hosted Enterprise

Where can I find a detailed description of the API Rate limits in the hosted Enterprise version
(Background: I consider to toggle the time tracking funktionality of invoice ninja from an external projectmanagement tool in a way, that whenever my user enter a “status” (in a status colum) a start time entry is made in the time tracking field of a certain task and when they leave the status a stop time entry is made. Other option would be whenever my user enter a “status” the time tracking clock in invoice ninja starts and when the user changes away from this status tracking stops…either way my user would change quite a lot)

I think that should be ok, the API limits are in place to prevent abuse.
