Almost all emails to clients are going to spam. Can I change outgoing mail server?

V5 Hosted and virtually all emails going to my clients are going straight to spam on Gmail, and I’m getting frustrated spending time with them explaining on their different clients how to find the emails or having to send requests to IT departments to whitelist. In many cases I end up downloading the invoice myself and then manually sending an email from my own domain to ensure they get it.

Is it possible to allow sending through a different SMTP server to ensure deliverability?


We’ve recently added the option to send emails from Postmark or Mailgun through the hosted app. You can also connect either your Gmail or Microsoft email accounts.

There could be additional issues including the content in your email. If you include any additional links or doma in names then the quality of delivery could be impacted.
