V5 Hosted and virtually all emails going to my clients are going straight to spam on Gmail, and Outlook.com(Hotmail/Live). I’m getting frustrated spending time with them explaining on their different clients how to find the emails or having to send requests to IT departments to whitelist. In many cases I end up downloading the invoice myself and then manually sending an email from my own domain to ensure they get it.
Is it possible to allow sending through a different SMTP server to ensure deliverability?
