Can you tell me whether we could have an overall ageing report for all the outstanding balances combined. Right now, it’s kind of difficult to track the overall position of the outstanding debts.
Thanks
Roy

Hi,
Are you using the web or desktop app?
These days, I am mainly using the web version, because the app version on my desktop (Mac) does not work, but my family members are using the PC app version.
Are you seeing an error with macOS app? I’m the main developer of it, I’m happy to help if I can.
The reason I asked is because the desktop app has two different aging reports, one under reports and another under settings > import/export. I’m curious to know if one works better than the other for you.
No, it’s okay just to use the web version. I am living in Hong Kong, and perhaps due to the geopolitical reason, there is some sort of issue with “networkitivity”…
Previously, I was looking at each individual ageing report, under client, and in the PDF report, it states the days of outstanding (i.e. 0-30, 30 - 60 etc). I was not aware there is another ageing reports under reports and another under setting. Perhaps I need to check the two spots that you mentioned more clearly. I just came back.. and checked, not sure how to get those financial reports under the 2 methods mentioned.
Please help. Thank you.
The two options are only available in the “Flutter” app, if you can’t use the desktop app you can try the old web app which is very similar.
You’ll want to use the invoice report and then add the aging columns to it.
