After upgrade from 5.8xx to 5.10 all data lost

Hi folks,

Any one know what could of caused an upgrade from 5.8 to 5.10 (some how when I look at info within the web interface it reports v14?, and upon login no client or business data showing, just ‘NEW USER’? It is as if a complete wipe has occurred. In 2 years using IN never seen this occur.
Also my backup didn’t work, so I am quite dead in the water. Bit distressing at the moment.

Do you see your data in the database?

Also, which version of PHP are you using?

You may want to try logging in with the desktop app.
