After migration I can't deactivate V4 and activate V5

Hi, as a small freelancer I’ve always loved Invoice Ninja, without ever having any problems: simple and reliable. But now I need your help.
Before the official expiry date I migrated data from V4 to V5, following one of your emails. Then, on V5, I customized/changed the “dummy” subdomain.
Now I should follow this guide ( Free Source Available Invoicing, Expenses & Time-Tracking | Invoice Ninja ) in order to deactivate V4 and activate V5, but I’m stuck.
On V4 I literally can’t click (and edit) on the input box into the tab ‘Forward customers to V5’.
In addiction V4 still remind me to ‘Migrate now’, but I already migrated my data.
I also tried to click on the ‘Migrate now’ button again, but got an email saying “Company already migrated”.

Can anyone help me please?

Just click the submit button, the system automatically will detect the domain name and after submit display it.

I tried as you said and successfully activated V5.
