Additional Users Receiving Invoices

Morning

I’ve added a user I am testing for my accountant. I’ve set the user privileges so they can see everything but edit nothing. However, it seems they are receiving copies of all invoices sent out. Would it be possible to have a tick box option that copies them in or not in the user profile please…?

The user can set their notifications preferences on their settings page.

You should just need to click ‘Settings’ when logged in as the user.

Oh, as the user. OK. I’d prefer to manage that as the owner if possible…

Would changing this value to “0” serve the same purpose…?

Yes, but you’d need to update all four notify_ fields.
