A client purchases 20 licenses. That is invoiced with a monthly recurring invoice. He wants to add more licenses. What is the best method to invoice these? Is it possible to add products one-off to his next recurring invoice so that we don’t have to send hem separated invoices each time he adds more licenses?
With our current system, we can add these licenses to his account and they are prorata added to his next invoice (1st of the month).
Okay, so to ‘upgrade’ a client’s license, we have to manually calculate the difference between now and his next recurring billing and invoice that manually. And we update his recurring invoice with the extra licenses.
