Adding Line Items to Invoice

When selecting a product from the drop-down menu to add it to the invoice, it won’t insert it. This is happening on a regular basis and it doesn’t happen to the same product all of the time. It happens to various different products. I have to save my invoice as a draft, log out and then back in before it will add the same product to the invoice. Then, when I go to add a second item to the same invoice, it does the same thing to this product.

No, there are no errors at all

Which browser are you using/does using a different browser help?

I have used Chrome, Internet Explorer & Safari. It doesn’t matter which one I use, it still happens. I have cleared my cache & cookies, rebooted my modem and even restarted my computer. I have also tried on 2 different computers and same thing.

Okay, I will wait until tomorrow and see if it still happens so I don’t waste your time troubleshooting the issue today. If it doesn’t fix the problem, I will sen a screencast.
