ACH w/ Stripe - Variable, monthly, pre-authorized charges after invoicing?

Here’s a use case:

  • We want to use ACH via Stripe.
  • Our clients authorize variable charges each month.
  • We send out invoices for whatever is due on the 1st.
  • We want it to automatically make the charge on the 10th if they/we don’t intervene.

Possible with (some level/way) of InvoiceNinja?

We don’t have a way for client’s to authorize invoices, they’ll receive them and are then auto-billed.

Other than that the rest is possible.

So you’re saying the invoice can arrive on the 1st, and then it’ll bill automatically on the 10th (if we want)? The client won’t need to do anything for it to work?

Yes, that’s correct.

You’ll want to set ‘Auto-Bill’ to ‘On due date’ on /settings/online_payments
