ACH option no longer available?

i just migrated from v4 to v5 and my clients do not see the ACH (bank transfer) option (stripe) they used to.

how can we enable this? (bank transfer checkbox is checked)

Can you confirm the client country is set to an ACH compatible country ie (USA)

correct @david -USA based company/stripe account (and again, previously working in v4)

Sorry I wasn’t clearer. Can you check if the client billing address has the correct country set? The app uses filters which will not show the ACH payment option unless the client country is set to USA.

hm… let me check @david (would be great if it was that easy to address) checking now…

that was it! added United States to Billing Country and now the link to pay with ACH Shows
