A way to display selective information on payments email AFTER being paid?

Hi,

I am running a self hosted system and was wondering is there a way to show extra information on a payment email after it was paid? I want the extra information to be hidden on the invoice and only be shown after it was paid.

I want to show a sort of membership card on the payment email but only after it has been paid.

One option may be to use a custom field, you could use a tool like Zapier or Integromat to set the field after a payment has been made.
