"A new version of Invoice Ninja is available v4.5.38" but can't find v4.5.38

I have a banner in my invoice ninja v4 install which states:

" A new version of Invoice Ninja is available. You’re running v4.5.37, the latest is v4.5.38"

When I check the github, I don’t see any v4.5.38.

Am I missing something?

I am not yet updating to V5 yet as I did so before and encountered too many bugs present still.

Note: if you’re seeing problems with v5 please report the bugs, if they aren’t reported they won’t be fixed…

Thankyou! And my issues were mostly with migration. I will give it another go with v4.5.39.
