Install Invoice Ninja v5.5 on Ubuntu 22.04

Note: use this guide for Ubuntu 20.04 Install Invoice Ninja v5.5 on Ubuntu 22.04 Ubuntu and debian based distros are highly reccomended for running the InvoiceNinja software. If you are on a red hat based distro, or other OS, it would probably be best to just use a container and host the docker image.
