500: Server Error when logging in to web hosted account

Hi. I’m unable to log into our account now that we have migrated to V5. I’m getting “500: Server Error” response to my login attempt. Any ideas?

I see your issue. you can try logging in again. also as you are a hosted customer, you can email us direct if you ever have any problems :slight_smile: we’ll be able to respond faster for you.
