Anyone know if there is a way of creating 2 different quotation templates so that quotes can be done for 2 different products?

Not sure I understand your question, the app supports creating multiple custom invoice designs.
What’s different about the quote templates between the products?

They are 2 totally different requirements- one quotation needed for services and the other for a product, so for example T&Cs are different, along with units and information
You may be able to use different custom designs for each of the templates
Yeah thats the problem - I don’t know how to do that - can’t seem to find a way in the software
If you click “Customize and preview” on Settings > Invoice Design you’ll be able to create custom designs
