White Label Subscription Not Applied

I’ve just renewed my white label license but for some reason it has not been applied.

Hmm… I’m not sure, have you tried manually applying it?

How would I do this please Hillel. Need to get it done ideally this morning as I have quotes and a proposal (testing the new proposals system) out to a client.

You should have been sent an invoice by email with the license on it.

I managed to find the invoice and the code and also applied it. As it wasn’t in plain text I couldn’t copy and paste (just an FYI) but I inserted it manually and hey presto.

Glad to hear it’s working!

I think it would depend on the PDF reader you use, I’m able to copy/paste text from the PDF.

That said I think including the license in the email itself would be better, we’ll look into it.
