Hello, I just purchased a white label licence and when I went to apply the key it said it was invalid.
Which version of the app are you using?
5.0.4
Im sandboxing it alongside my production version that is running 4.5.17
The license was applied too many times so was invalidated, I’ve reset it for you.
Hi Hillel, I tried to apply the license and it just goes back to the page with no confirmation that it was applied. I tried to enable modules and they are still grayed out.
The modules are grayed out because they aren’t yet implemented.
You’ll need to check the client portal to see if the white label license was applied.
