White label activation Botton not working

In my subdomain installation 5.1.58.
When i clic on Active Licence botton nothing appen and my page get no responce.
Can i install my licence manually ?

I think I know what the problem is, it will be corrected in the next release.

Note: we don’t recommend enabling APP_DEBUG if the app is in production.
