Unable to disable email reminders?

Hi.

Invoice Ninja will send email reminders to the clients for unpaid invoices. Where to turn it off? I can not find it.

Hm, strange, I don’t think I ever enabled auto email reminder anyway. It might get enabled with some updates.

The strange thing is I can only modify Auto Email on the main company.

On three other companies, it gives 401: Unauthorized • This action is unauthorized.

All for reminders Send Email is set to off, but it sends reminders anyway.

The auto email option shown in the screenshot only applies to recurring invoices.

If you’re seeing a 4xx error it may help to disable mod_security (if it’s enabled).

I suggest checking send email is off for all reminder options.

I found out what it was.

When you once send First reminder, Invoice Ninja will remember this setting and all next Send Mail will start as First Reminder, so if you are fast (not pay attention) you will send First reminder instead of Initial Email.

Maybe Send Mail button should always return it to Initial Mail.

The button should be pre-selected to the next email template for that specific invoice.

So you mean once Initial Invoice has been sent, the next one should be the First Reminder automatically? After First Reminders is sent, next one should be a Second Reminder?
