WebGui Update v5.1.43 fails

I try to update from v5.1.37 to v5.1.43 via the WebGUI.

For a millisecond it flashes this error:
Command ‘git ‘pull origin’’ failes (exit-code 1).

Then it reloads the page.

Let me know if I can provide you any additional information.

Hi,

The update system has been replaced in v5.1.43.

I suggest manually copying over the latest zip to upgrade and then hope it works in the future :slight_smile:

Thank you very much. Overwriting everything except the .env file and
chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www/invoiceninja/
did it!

Ahhh no! Now the PDF creation is broken.
I feel like giving up. Sorry to rant, but there are so many bugs, missing documentation and general not production ready code.

I mean release v5.1.37 is 6 days old and the updater is already end of life…

I think I will stay with 4.5.19 for some months :sleepy:
