V5.5.48 | Blank generated PDFs when trying to use SnapPDF

please help me i got the same issue !
i was generating pdf with phantomjs forever and it just stopped working so i tried to switch to snappdf and i get 500: Server Error !
just followed the indication here to see if i could get something but it still doesn’t works !
where can i get invoiceninja logs ?

Changing to hosted_ninja may help

The logs are stored in storage/logs

@david ah, ok, I’ve got a consistent way to overload the server now. It definitely seems to have something to do with saving the invoice, and specifically, snappdf. I watched htop the whole time as well. As a test, I went to Clients, and then clicked the Edit circle with pencil icon on a client, and then saved. I did this for the top 10 clients in the list. It has to do with jailshell limiting resources for execution.

If you have access whm you need to disable jailshell or increase jailshell limits on the cpanel account.

To test thing out before you this… I would temporarily disable jailshell serverwide on the server to test if in fact this is the problem in your case.

Again, you need WHM access for all of this, or contact your provider.

It’s been a while but I tested disabling Fork Bomb completely through WHM, it did not help for the blank PDFs.

I then had a look at jailshell and the Cpanel user I use for Invoice Ninja is using Normal Shell instead of a Jailed Shell.

When I type ulimit -u in the shell I get 14335; as for ulimit-n, it’s 4096.

Any other ideas regarding this whole thing?
