When I set up a trial of V5 several days ago and enabled the client portal it defaulted to a subdomain of xxxxx.invoicing.co. When I purchased pro I changed it to yyyy.invoicing.co to reflect our organization. Now I’ve got a client that was sent a reminder email today (after the change to yyyy) but the link she received in the email contains xxxxx. She stated she was just going to send a check in the mail since she can’t get into her account.
How do I resolve this?
