V4 Custom Invoice Field

Hello,

I am attempting to add a custom invoice field to show a “quote name” which is a string stored in custom_text_value1

In the invoice design settings, the example template shows this correctly

However when in an invoice, the quote name field becomes a drop down defaulting to no value, with the string “custom_text_value1” being the only other option.

The PDF also shows no quote name value.

Any help with this issue would be very appreciated.

Hi,

I think the setting should just be “Quote Name”, using a | tells the app to create a dropdown menu
