Upgrading to v5 custom domain

Hi there!

We’re about to upgrade from hosted v4 to hosted v5. The migration finished, now I need to activate the company in v5.

What happens to our custom domain that I set up? Do I need to do anything? Do you need to do anything?
What are the steps here?
