Unable to select different invoice design - v5

I recently migrated to v5 and I’m unable to change my invoice design from Modern > Plain. The save button is always disabled no matter what I do.

I’m not trying to do anything custom, just use a different of the 4 free designs. Anyone know how to fix this?

If you’re on the free plan you need to change the design on Settings > Company Details > Defaults
