Unable to invoice after paying for pro plan

This platform has really gotten worse since the cutover. Now after renewing our annual pro plan in November it says it’s expired and we have to pay again for a pro plan. So now I can’t invoice clients because our membership is on the free plan instead of the pro plan that we paid for in November. Really frustrating to use this software after using it for the last couple of years. Trying to stick with this team but it gets harder with each issue.
