Unable to export csv

Selfhosted running v5.8.50-C157

I am not able to export the csv’s. Can’t find anything in the logs.

I don’t get the e-mail and i don’t find anything in the storage folder. I get the JSON file but it’s worhtless, i can’t even import it in a fresh installation.

How do i export my data? Please help me.

Maybe the account needs to be activated?

There is also an option to export to CSV from the reports.

If you’re transferring to a new install we recommend using mysqldump.

Why can i export (and download) the reports as csv but not the export of the other data? This is not a new problem, it has been reported before so i would think there’s a solution by now?

The reports export is handled by the frontend, the settings export is handled by the backend.

What data are you unable to export?

None of the data: clients, invoices, … I don’t receive the email and it’s not the email settings as invoices do arrive

It’s already been reported a year ago so this is not a new issue: Export doesn't come to my email
