I’m trying to attach JPG files to expenses but for some reason they do not attach.
I’ve tried using the camera on the phone, attaching a file from the phone and also dragging and dropping on a PC. Neither option works.

Are there any errors in the console?
Yes, self hosted and I don’t think there are errors in the console but if you direct me where to look I can see if there are.
