Describe the bug
Setup bank feed from HSBC, and all transactions downloaded at the time (17/4/25) without issue. The setup is set for auto sync, but no other transactions have downloaded since.
Any ideas why

I see no option to do a manual sync. I did turn off auto but no option showed to sync manually

Was the bank account added through Nordigen?
Do you see a difference in the desktop app?

Yes it was added through Nordigen.
It worked for first download of transactions, but nothing since
When you say desktop app, I am not sure what you mean here. One desktop it is via browser and phone via app. Both show the same.

The desktop app is here but you’ll likely see the same results as the mobile app.

So installed desktop app and transactions immediately updated.
Thanks for your help although if you just use browser version there could be an issue with updating.
