Describe the bug

There are no instructions that i can find to get the chrome extension working, I have installed it then punched in my gmail credentials, entered my url. Then I'm stuck, I assumed the one time password would be from my Authenticator so I entered that and then I got to the Secret Field and I have no idea what that is, I certainly don't have this. Please help.

Hi,

You need to provide the app’s username and password, not your Gmail credentials. Maybe that explains the problem?
