The white label license is not valid

Hi there.

I just bought a white-label license yesterday and immediately got an email with a license key which was great. The key however doesn’t work when I try to apply it saying “The white label license is not valid”.

I sent an email but wanted to check it wasn’t going to the spam folder.

Am I doing something wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.
